Terms
Age limit
Customers under 18 must have parental permission to place orders. In the message box in the checkout you leave name and phone number to the person who approves your purchase.
Product information
Foureleven.se cannot guarantee that all pictures correctly reflect the true appearance of a product. Please overlook possible typos on this site.
Force Majeure
In case of war, war-like events, civil war, revolution, insurrection, governmental action, strikes, lockouts, blockade, natural disasters or similar events, foureleven.se will be able to apply force majeure. This means that the agreement not needs to be accomplished. If this occurs, we will of course inform our customers.
Changes in assortment
foureleven.se reserves the right to change the assortment and to remove items from assortment before a purchase is completed.
Fraud
All attempts at fraud are reported to the police.
Payment
Minimum order amount is 250 SEK.
1. Payment by card
We offer payment by card with MasterCard and VISA by DIBS. After selecting Payment by card in the checkout, you will continue to the DIBS payment window, where you pay your order.
2. Invoice through Klarna
This option is valid for deliveries within Sweden only.
With Klarna invoice, you can buy today and pay 14 days later. Your social security number will be checked when you select this option, in order for Klarna to go through with a credit report. When approved, the purchase will go through and the invoice will be sent out together with your package. An extra fee of 29 SEK will be added.
3. Cash on delivery
This option is valid for deliveries within Sweden only.
If you choose “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method. Your package will be sent to the mail delivery point closest to you, and you pay upon pick up. An additional delivery fee of SEK 50 will be added, when choosing this method.
4. Pick up at store
Place your order as usual, but choose the option Pick up at store. You pay when you collect your order in our store at Skolgatan 27 in Gothenburg, Sweden. No shipping costs. N.B. Make sure that you got your order number with you.
You got 2-3 days to pick up your order.
Delivery
Overseas shipping costs
A shipping fee of 200 SEK will be added.
Shipping
These shipping costs is valid for deliveries within Sweden only. For orders of 250-499 SEK the shipping fee is 65 SEK. All orders of 499 SEK and over is freight free. Cash on delivery costs 50 SEK extra. For unreceived packages we charge for costs of freight return and 50 SEK in an administrative fee.
Order confirmation
When you purchased you will automatically be sent an order confirmation to the email you specified.
If your ordered item is not in stock, we will contact you by email.
Exchange & return
Damage during delivery
If your package is damaged in a way that could have affected the condition of your item, make a complaint at your mail delivery.
Return of items
Contact us at info@foureleven.se before you return an item. NB! you pay the return freight.
Complaints
Contact us at info@foureleven.se as soon as you discover the defect. First we consider whether it is possible to repair or exchange the item. If it’s not solvable and you will get a new item as replacement. If we’re unable to replace the item, you will get your money back.

Personal record
Foureleven treat your personal information according to the Swedish Personal Data Act, Personuppgiftslagen (PUL 1998:204). We guarantee that none of your information will be sold, shared or transferred to third parties. Your information is used internally for order confirmation, information and to contact you about your order. Your personal information is always encrypted.
Our payment methods
Klarna offer professional and modern payment solutions. They both own and run their platform and have full control over their system. With Klarna Invoice you get your package first and pay within 14 days.
DIBS makes sure all payment information is handled according to the PCI standard. PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, developed by Visa and MasterCard.
